The property's location in the middle of Jackson was comfy. It is really close to the Sioux City area, restaurants, and both the Southern Hills Mall and Lakeport Commons, offering great shopping and dining options.

The hotel is in a great location near Southern Hills Mall and Lakeport Commons. There are fantastic shopping and dining options like Outback, Buffalo Wild Wings, and others nearby. The staff were pleasant and exceptional most of the time.

The bed in the room was comfortable, and everything was clean, plus the hotel's location near Southern Hills Mall and in a safe area made it convenient.

The staff here is so friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. A nice little corner to relax, a desk to jot down notes, and even an iron for your clothes in the room. The bed is top-notch comfy. Check-in is a breeze and they let you sleep in a bit with a late check-out option. 😊

We really enjoyed this well-maintained and absolutely great hotel. Amazingly nice and pleasant staff members provided a few recommendations. Our room was beautiful and huge and had hypo-allergenic pillows. The location was favorable, just a short distance from Southern Hills Mall.

The hotel had a clean lobby and room, with comfortable beds. The location was right next to the mall, making it convenient for shopping. The hotel facilities were great, with a pool and hot tub that were open for use. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options including hot eggs, breakfast meat, sausage gravy and biscuits, rolls. The staff were friendly and helpful, greeting us warmly and providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Location may be a bit far those who need to go to downtown Sioux City. Continental breakfast quite good but full restaurant facilities would be much better.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Sioux City for two days and had a wonderful experience. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillow selection was great. The room was clean and they even had all the bedding nicely packed in a bag in the closet. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The hot breakfast spread was delicious and a nice change from the "grab and go" options we've had at other hotels. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the lobby and pantry area were also very clean and stocked with plenty of options. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

I highly recommend this hotel.
